Sometimes, authority needs to be told. Sometimes, when the fuzz is totally busting your chops for loitering, they need to be told. Sometimes, when some player hater is all up in your grill about this, that, and the other thing, they need to be told. And sometimes, when your mom is throwing your computer across the room screaming “I HATE THAT YOU WERE BORN” and demanding you move out of her house again, that authority needs to be told.
Not that I have any sort of experience in these things. I’ve never loitered in my life.
